We put theory into practice in a number of exercises and simulations which are both enjoyable and instructive.

Despite its name, this course is not just for ScrumMasters but is an effective primer for anyone who will be closely involved with teams adopting Scrum, including Project , Program  and QA Managers and Leaders, Product Owners and Business Managers, IT managers, and Senior Developers and Testers.

Certification

After taking this course, students are eligible to take a 60 question online exam within 90 days of the course to earn the certification. At this time, all students will be given a passing grade on the Certified ScrumMaster exam as the Scrum Alliance verifies appropriate exam questions and course content.
